At The Xclusive Club, we uphold a commitment to providing exceptional service, and to ensure a smooth experience for everyone, we have implemented the following policies:

**No Call, No Show Policy:**

In the event that you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment, we kindly request that you notify us a minimum of 12 hours in advance. Failure to do so will result in a full charge of the scheduled service.

**Late Policy:**

To maintain the efficiency of our appointments, if you exceed a 15-minute delay, unfortunately, we won't be able to proceed with the service. A full charge of the scheduled service, will be incurred before rescheduling your next appointment.

We emphasize the importance of respecting the time allocated for appointments, and we kindly ask for your cooperation. Should you encounter any unforeseen circumstances or anticipate being late, please contact us promptly via Text/Call/Email to avoid any charges.
